Tests we made in baked goods such as cupcakes and breakfast style breads to a simple glass of milk or carbonated water turned out wonderfully! Quantities used varied by weight of final product,  if you are doing a cake or simply serving your guests with a glass of carbonated water, usage rate will differ. Enjoy!
